Date unknown. Most Peel links edited out. Many thanks to the taper.

BFBS (Germany): 1984-03-00
Exact date unknown: JP refers to the Cocteau Twins and Smiths singles as "new" (released 1985-03-04 and 1985-03-18 respectively). It is possible that JP played the entire Die Toten Hosen session from a recent 7 inch release: he refers to them as "guests" in the programme, something he usually said when this happened. Many thanks to the taper.
- C.U.B.S.: 'We Don't Need No Carpet Beggars (LP-Maroi Bwana Oi)' (Music + Noise) Rose Of Avalanche: 'American Girls (compilation LP-Parkside Shivers' (Leeds Independent Label)
- (JP: 'Yes indeed! Or possibly, no indeed!)
- Fire Hydrant Men ft. Fabulous Fezettes: 'I'm In The Pits Since My Racing-Driver Baby Left Me (LP-Missed It By That Much!)' (Backs)
- Garage Class: 'Terminal Tokyo (7")' (Gymnasium)
- Cocteau Twins: 'Aikea-Guinea (12")' (4AD)
- Fastest Group Alive: 'Beside (7"-B side of The Bears)' (Valiant) [1] – Frequently mentioned on the Internet as a classic B-side (it runs for 35 seconds).
- Der Plan: 'Lipizzaner - Eskapade (7"-Golden Cheapos Vol. 1 & 2)' (Ata Tak)
- Smiths: 'Shakespeare's Sister (12")' (Rough Trade)
- Cocteau Twins: 'Kookaburra (12")' (4AD)
- Die Toten Hosen: 'Hofgarten (7"-Liebesspieler + Die John Peel Session Vom 30.6.84)' (Virgin Schallplaten GmbH)
- (JP: 'I think I heard the word "bums" in that, and if that's true then I apologise to all of you without reservation.') [2] – It is actually "bumsen" that JP hears...German for 'bonking'. It is this kind of thing that they put into their only session and which caused him to stop playing their records, once he found out the meaning.
