The Radio Art workshop "radio as a means of transmission" took place over the first two weeks of October at UniArts in Helsinki. This transmission was the final act of the workshop, and was made collaboratively by preset frequency, Antti Kainulainen, Anna Prstková, Tatu Eino Juhani and Frank Rizzo.

Featuring excerpts of the texts "Inhabit: Instructions for Autonomy", "Xenofeminist Manifesto", and the inclusivity agenda written to Helsinki’s Academy of Fine Arts in October 2019.
