fugitive radio an urban artistic-research project initiated by Sumugan Sivanesan concerned with radio as a social practice. It pursues anticolonial, migrant and queer solidarity in Helsinki, Berlin and beyond. Over 2020–21, fugitive radio was developed in collaboration with Pixelache Helsinki with generous support from the Kone Foundation.
