Lilith’21 is a lunatic androgyne being who creates audio-puncture sessions to liberate emotions and proclaim the universal love. A trip through sound to find the non-verbal state of mind. Combining noises, samples, field recordings and voices, it creates a direct channel to get in contact with the outer space. Transmuted sounds of the real. Psico-stimulant matter altering the way of listening, blurring the limit between dream and wakefulness, between freedom and madness, between what is normally accepted and what is freely lived.

Close the eyes, look inwards. Voices and visions emerge from the other side. We feel the intimacy, you can listen the heart beat, time stops and, little by little, thoughts disappear. Opened doors to a place to which we all belong but which only some of us dare to visit.

Now we are Silence

Selu Herraiz is the director and curator of SONORA -Experimental Music School-, an educational program of AADK Spain, supported by Daniel and Nina Carasso Foundation, based in the rural environment of Ricote Valley (Murcia, Spain). Herraiz studied Electronic Engineering in theUPCT. As an artist, he analyzes the relations between Space-time, Memory and Identity, working with bodies, sounds, spaces and images in a transdisciplinary research. He combines his personal investigation with designing educational experiences. Selu practices art as an excuse to live, seeking to integrate the creative act into everyday life in order to activate the social transformation and to stimulate the critical thought.

He has combined subversive practice and experimental work with actions and participations in important institutions and festivals in different cities such as Lisboa (Portugal), Toulouse y Lille (France), Dresden (Germany), Fanlo (sweeden) Riga (Latvia), Córdoba (Argentina), Palermo (Italy), Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia y Murcia (Spain).

His work has been shown in spaces such as Tanz Kongress 2019 (Dresden, Alemania), Festival Cumplicidades (Lisboa), Media Art Festival (Leuvardeen, Holanda), Media Lab Prado (Madrid), MNCA Reina Sofía (Madrid), Centro Negra (Blanca, Murcia), COAM (Madrid), Real Academia de BB.AA de San Fernando (Madrid), Centro Párraga (Murcia), CC Puertas de Castilla (Murcia), Matadero (Madrid), Espacio Fundación Telefónica (Madrid), Hiroshima (Barcelona), Espai Erre (Barcelona), Mubam, (Murcia), Alg-a Lab (Galicia) & El Quirófano (Murcia), among others.
