I spent my Friday evenings alone (to work on myself). EN, 20 Min.

It is a short guided training session drawing from hypno-systemic counseling and other (like behavioural therapy or personality development) approaches to support artists (and other people interested in self-expression) in finding their inner voice, building strong inner authority and emotional expression, activating the inner drive for boosting one's 'message'. Includes also stories from people going through transformations, meaning facing critical self-reflection and songs about emotional expression suppression etc. credits: Studio Poetic Futures

Outsider Sounds with Jaquil du Spencer. # Bad Medicine, a cure for grey hair EN, 7 Min.

An isolated outsider artist holed up somewhere in middle america, whose only meaningful contact with the outside world is via the internet, muses about life and the dubious outcomes of recent questionable literature-search-inspired biohacking experiments on himself while finally being pushed to release a catalogue of tracks he has recorded over a 30-40 year period and updated into today's "styles," as sickness, death and the authorities begin to close in. Jaquil's show also highlights the submissions of other contemporary outsider artists. credits: Jaquil du Spencer

Professor Tragichord's 'Palestras de Palermas'. # Salazar. EN, 17 Min.

The lectures "palestras de palermas", or, in other words, nonsense talks) cover many topics based on what participants choose during any given event. In each session, the audience were invited to pick cards from which I or the participant would pick from a list of lecture topics. credits: Pascal Ansell
